Commitment
Apptek Solutions LTDA is committed to making its website usable for everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every visitor to be able to read the content, understand the services and contact us without barriers.
Standard we follow
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, published by the W3C.
Measures implemented
- An accessibility toolbar available on every page, which allows increasing or decreasing text size, switching to grayscale, high contrast or negative contrast, a light background, underlined links and a readable font.
- Visible keyboard focus and a “skip to content” link to bypass the navigation.
- Text zoom is not blocked and the layout adapts to desktop, tablet and mobile screens.
- The language of each page is declared in the HTML code (English, Spanish and Portuguese).
- Text alternatives on informative images and consistent heading structure.
- Forms with associated labels and error messages that do not rely on colour alone.
Conformance status
The site is substantially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA. This means we have carried out an internal review and corrected the issues found, but the site has not yet been audited by an external entity or tested with screen readers. We prefer to state this openly instead of claiming full conformance.
Known limitations
- Some third-party components (payment, shipping and analytics integrations) are outside our direct control and may present barriers.
- Some images and videos provided by clients or suppliers may not have a complete text alternative yet.
- Legacy content published before this declaration may still contain structural issues.
Feedback and contact
If you find a barrier or need content in another format, write to [email protected] or call +55 45 99117 0321. We will answer within five business days and, where possible, provide the information by an accessible alternative.
Evaluation method and date
Internal review carried out on 30 October 2026 using the accessibility toolbar, keyboard navigation and contrast checks. The declaration will be reviewed whenever the site changes significantly.
